Bamboo floors come in a variety of styles. Natural bamboo is blonde in color. Carbonized Bamboo is heated until the sugars in the bamboo become “carmalized”. The darker color extends through the entire plank. Woven strand bamboo is cut into strands and then compressed with resin under high pressure and heat to create a very dense, durable floor. Bamboo is considered a green floor because the bamboo grows so quickly and is renewable. The floor in these images is a solid floating click floor system installed over a concrete subfloor.

“They came and refinished my floors. They ripped up the carpeting in my entire upstairs, stairwell, entryway, and refinished the hardwood floors. They did a great job. When I get somebody who gives their customers an A+ like Kashian, I don't even go to anybody else but Kashian, because I had heard such wonderful things about what they did with their wood floors. They have that dust-free process, and it is really dust-free.”
